Saipem in Italy is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead bid planning and execution for complex energy & infrastructure projects, coordinating engineering, procurement, and legal teams to deliver competitive proposals.

As Proposal Manager, you will respond to the Head of Energy Carriers Tendering Department and be part of the ENCAR.
You will plan, coordinate and control the execution of the proposal, in accordance with the instruction to Bidder requirements and Proposal objectives, within time and cost constraints in observance of Quality procedures and practices.
Education: Master’s Degree or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or in an Economic field
Experience: minimum 5 years within oil & gas, petrochemical, renewable or floaters sectors
Technical/IT Skills:
You will have the opportunity to travel abroad based on the projects you will work for and within the project assigned.
