Purpose of the position: On a Company MEGA PROJECT's Construction Manager Plant, you will respond to the Head of Construction Department and be part of the Energy Carriers Business line.
How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:
Lead and overseeing the whole site organization, from site logistics, site installations, warehousing and construction activities
Lead and oversee all construction activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and contractual requirements.
Coordinate multidisciplinary construction teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and client interfaces.
Ensure monitoring and management of subcontractors
Ensure continuous update of construction forecast costs for Subcontractors and Site costs
Ensure proper maintenance of the mobilization plan for supervision and subcontractors
Ensure project targets for schedule, monitor and forecasts cost, quality control , are achieved throughout execution.
Being a safety Leader.
Plan, monitor, and optimize construction execution trough a continuous improvement process.
Manage construction budgets, progress tracking, and cash flow control.
Monitor construction performance through KPI , Support the project team to ensure contractual compliance, provide regular reporting to project leadership.
What are we looking for?
Education: Degree in Engineering or Technical Diploma
Experience: at least 12-18 years of experience as a Construction Manager within large-scale Oil & Gas projects.
International / Geographical mobility is required
What else should you know? You will have the opportunity to travel abroad based on the projects you will work for and within the project assigned.
