Job summary

DiliTrust is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the CSM-Project onboarding team based in Milan. You will drive strategic SaaS projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and on-time delivery.

In this role you’ll coordinate between client teams and DiliTrust experts, guide change management, advise on configuration, train customers, and build trusted relationships to maximize value from the product suite.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in application project management with clients.
• Experience with SaaS implementations and governance matters.
• Ability to lead a project team to success and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and quick problem solving.
• Proficient English and Italian language skills.
• Ability to align strategic objectives with operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic projects 3–12 months long, including planning, resources and communication.
• Support customers through change management with expert consulting and education.
• Advise on application setup and configuration with strong product knowledge.
• Train customers and build trusted client relationships.
• Coordinate between client teams and DiliTrust internal groups (support, R&D, etc.).
• Connect technical experts with clients for data migration and interface work.
• Apply agile project management methodologies and monitor timelines.
• Develop domain expertise in corporate law, contracts, and governance bodies.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, you will join the CSM-Project (onboarding) team based in Milan. You will play a key role in project management, acting as a central point between customer satisfaction operational efficiency and adherence to timelines.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Managing strategic projects ranging from 3 to 12 months (planning, resources, communication);
• Supporting customers through change management (expert consulting, change management, expectation management, customer education);
• Advising on application setup and configuration, with strong expertise in the product suite and internal tools;
• Training customers;
• Building and maintaining a trusted relationship with clients;
• Connecting technical experts with clients (customer data migration, interface implementation);
• Applying our agile project management methodology
• C ommunicating with various stakeholders: client teams (business, IT, etc.) and DiliTrust teams (application support, R&D, etc.);
• Developing business expertise (corporate law, contract and litigation management, governance body management).

Profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in application project management with clients;
• You understand the challenges and context of SaaS implementations;
• You are able to lead a project team to success;
• Strong understanding of customer needs and expectations;
• Ability to take a step back and put challenges into perspective before proposing suitable solutions;
• Strong analytical skills to quickly identify bottlenecks and solve problems while keeping operational and business issues in mind;
• Native Italian speaker and fluent in English;
