Job summary

Amaris Consulting, part of Mantu, is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead international IT projects and rollouts across Milan, Turin, Rome or Bologna. You will manage scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies and large project budgets in agile environments.

The ideal candidate has a degree in a relevant field, 5+ years of PM experience, fluent Italian and English, and a track record coordinating multicultural teams, maintaining RAID logs, and delivering governance to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role.
• Experience managing large-scale projects, significant budgets, and international rollouts.
• Fluent Italian and English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Lead and coordinate international IT projects and rollouts across different markets.
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage large project budgets, monitoring costs and financial performance.
• Coordinate international and multicultural teams, ensuring alignment between business and technical stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain RAID logs, proactively identifying risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
• Work in Agile environments, applying Agile methodologies and ways of working.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status reporting and governance to stakeholders.
• Identify potential delivery risks and implement mitigation and corrective actions.
• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar project management role.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects, significant budgets and international rollouts.
• Knowledge of RAID management and Agile methodologies.
• Fluent Italian and English, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience managing complex international transformation or technology projects would be a plus.
• Experience coordinating multicultural teams across different countries.

Permanent contract:

• The salary range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
• During the recruitment process, we will not ask for information about your current or previous salary.

Freelance contract:

• Daily rate: EUR 240 – EUR 300, depending on experience, skills and project requirements.
• Remote work available from anywhere in Italy.
