Job summary

DiliTrust is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the CSM-Project onboarding team based in Milan. You will drive strategic SaaS projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and on-time delivery.

In this role you’ll coordinate between client teams and DiliTrust experts, guide change management, advise on configuration, train customers, and build trusted relationships to maximize value from the product suite.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in application project management with clients.
• Experience with SaaS implementations and governance matters.
• Ability to lead a project team to success and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and quick problem solving.
• Proficient English and Italian language skills.
• Ability to align strategic objectives with operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic projects 3–12 months long, including planning, resources and communication.
• Support customers through change management with expert consulting and education.
• Advise on application setup and configuration with strong product knowledge.
• Train customers and build trusted client relationships.
• Coordinate between client teams and DiliTrust internal groups (support, R&D, etc.).
• Connect technical experts with clients for data migration and interface work.
• Apply agile project management methodologies and monitor timelines.
• Develop domain expertise in corporate law, contracts, and governance bodies.
