Amaris Consulting in Milan, Italy, is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to coordinate business and technical requirements across IT and infrastructure domains, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and project objectives.

You will lead international project teams, vendors and governance meetings, develop roadmaps, monitor budgets and risks, and prepare executive status reports throughout the lifecycle.

Competenze

• Degree in Business, Computer Science, Systems Analysis or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of IT Project Management across multiple IT/infrastructure domains.
• Fluent Italian and professional English; able to communicate with international stakeholders.

Would you like to start a new professional adventure as a Senior IT Project Manager in one of our opportunities in the Food & Beverage industry in Milan, Italy?

Coordinate business and technical requirements across multiple IT and infrastructure domains, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and project objectives.

Manage international project teams, vendors and stakeholders across different time zones, facilitating effective collaboration and communication.

Lead project governance meetings, technical workshops and steering committees, ensuring clear decisions, actions and follow-up.

Develop and maintain project roadmaps, schedules, milestones, deliverables and critical dependencies.

Monitor project financials, budgets, forecasts, resource allocation and overall project performance.

Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and actions, escalating critical topics to senior management when required.

Prepare executive status reports, portfolio updates, presentations, business cases and decision papers.

Ensure project documentation, governance processes and collaboration tools are properly maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Degree in Business, Computer Science, Systems Analysis or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

At least 7 years of experience in IT Project Management, with experience across multiple IT solution or infrastructure domains.

Strong knowledge of project governance, budgeting, financial management, cost control and stakeholder management.

Fluent Italian and professional English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders and teams.

Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and international environment.

Nice to have:

Previous experience in Networking, Cloud or Connectivity projects would be a plus.

Experience with ServiceNow PPM, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams would be an advantage.

Permanent employment: Gross Annual Salary Range: EUR 30,000 – EUR 50,000.

The salary range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.

Work model:

The position is predominantly remote, with on-site presence in Milan required approximately twice per month.
