G.D, headquartered in Bologna, Italy, is seeking a Project Manager to lead our machinery projects from kickoff to customer site installation. You will ensure results meet technology, quality, reliability, schedule and cost targets.

Key tasks include planning, monitoring and coordinating cross-functional activities, managing budgets and risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The role requires a Master’s in engineering, 4+ years of PM experience, and travel up to 30%.

Competenze

• Master's degree in engineering, preferably in Management.
• 4+ years of Project Management experience in a structured organization.
• Experience tracking budgets and assessing risk.
• Fluency in English (B2/C1).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and MS Project.
• Negotiation and conflict management skills.
• Decision-making and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent presentation capabilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Mansioni

• Planning, monitoring and managing G.D projects: ensuring results meet requirements in terms of technology, quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
• Ensuring the correct order processing to delivery of the product, planning activities and times, in agreement with other departments, to ensure compliance with the planning and the deadlines agreed with the other departments and the customers.
• Monitoring performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions and manages projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs.
• Ensuring adequate communication is maintained regarding project status and priorities to achieve the project objectives in terms of time, budget and realization.
