G.D S.p.A, a Coesia company, in Bologna, Italy, is seeking a Project Manager to plan, monitor, and manage machinery projects from initiation to installation, ensuring requirements in technology, quality and cost are met.

The role requires a Master’s degree in engineering (Management preferred), at least 4 years of project management experience, strong budget/risk skills, fluent English (B2/C1), and proficiency in Excel and MS Project, with travel up to 30%.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in engineering, preferably in Management.
• 4+ years of Project Management experience in a structured, matrix organization.
• English fluency (B2/C1) and strong Office suite skills.

Mansioni

• Planning, monitoring and managing G.D projects: ensuring results meet requirements in terms of technology, quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
• Ensuring the correct order processing to delivery of the product, planning activities and times, in agreement with other departments, to ensure compliance with the planning and the deadlines agreed with the other departments and the customers.
• Monitoring performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions and manages projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs.
• Ensuring adequate communication is maintained regarding project status and priorities to achieve the project objectives in terms of time, budget and realization.
