Carlo Gavazzi impianti is seeking a Project Manager to plan, execute, finalize and supervise Italian projects across Home Office and site locations in Assago. You will ensure contractual obligations are met within time, cost and quality targets while leading the project team.

The role requires 3–4 years in project control or deputy PM, strong planning, organizational and communication skills, and willingness to travel to site locations as needed.

Competenze

• 3–4 years of experience as Project Controller Manager or Deputy Project Manager.
• Solid knowledge of project management techniques and tools (planning and control, risk, contracts).
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Mansioni

• Monitor baseline adherence to the Project Execution Plan.
• Lead the project team and coordinate resources across site and Home Office.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, contractual issues, and project scope.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, HR and project controls as per guidelines.
• Represent the company in front of clients and partners for contractual matters and change orders.
• Proactively evaluate changes and deviations and implement recovery actions.
