G.D in Bologna, Italy, seeks a Project Manager to plan, monitor and manage complex machinery projects from kickoff to on-site installation.

You will ensure technical, quality, reliability, schedule and cost targets are met, coordinate cross-functional teams, and travel up to 30% to customer sites.

The role offers a base salary starting from EUR 44,400 plus benefits under the CCNL Metalmeccanico.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in engineering, preferably in management.
• 4+ years of project management experience in a structured organization.
• Experience tracking budgets and assessing risk.
• Fluency in English (B2/C1).
• Strong MS Office knowledge.
• Negotiation and conflict-management abilities.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
