GDM, part of the Coesia group, seeks a Project Manager to lead customer projects from order intake to final on-site acceptance in Italy. The role focuses on controlling cost, schedule, quality, and risk, with travel up to 30% and close collaboration with engineering, manufacturing and procurement teams.

The successful candidate will manage multiple stakeholders, ensure contractual compliance, and drive project reviews and timely delivery across international sites.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Industrial Management, or a related technical field.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in project management within industrial machinery, automation, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
• Proven experience in managing project costs, risks, schedules, and customer relationships.
• Good understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills.
• Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are considered a plus.
• Availability to travel internationally up to approximately 30% of working time.

Mansioni

• Manage assigned projects from kick-off to final customer acceptance.
• Monitor and control project costs, aligning with budgets and contractual commitments.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and milestones.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
• Act as primary contact for customers on project-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and deliverables.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and customers.
• Manage scope changes and evaluate impact on costs and timing.
• Support installation, start-up, and commissioning activities at customer sites.
• Lead project review meetings and drive issue resolution.
• Ensure proper project closure with documentation and customer acceptance.
