GDM SpA, part of Coesia, is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer projects from order intake to final on-site acceptance in Offanengo, Italy.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, installation and commissioning, ensuring cost, schedule, quality and risk targets are met.

Travel of up to 30% is expected; the package includes a base salary from EUR 40,800, a target bonus of up to 10%, insurances, and the CCNL Metalmeccanico.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong negotiation skills.
• Professional proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to ~30% of time.

Mansioni

• Manage assigned projects from kick-off to final customer acceptance.
• Control costs, budgets, and contractual commitments.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with milestones.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
