FOX S.r.l., specialized in the design and manufacture of pulsation dampeners, hydropneumatic accumulators, and pressure equipment for industrial applications, is seeking a Project Engineer / Project Manager to join its technical team.

The successful candidate will oversee the technical and operational management of projects, from contract requirements review through manufacturing, inspections, final documentation, and delivery, while interacting with international customers in the Oil & Gas,

Competenze

• Technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related degree.
• Experience in Project Engineering/Management of industrial projects.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and understand manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of pressure equipment and industry standards (ASME/PED).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CAD/ERP tools.

Mansioni

• Manage projects from order entry through final delivery, tracking schedules and technical requirements.
• Act as the primary technical focal point and participate in meetings globally.
• Review PO’s, datasheets, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate Engineering, Production, and Quality to address issues.
• Lead customer communications and change management.

FOX S.r.l., specialized in the design and manufacture of pulsation dampeners, hydropneumatic accumulators, and pressure equipment for industrial applications, is seeking a Project Engineer / Project Manager to join its technical team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical and operational management of projects, from contract requirements review through manufacturing, inspections, final documentation, and delivery, while interacting with international customers in the Oil & Gas, Energy, and Industrial Applications sectors.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from order entry through final delivery, tracking schedules, milestones, and technical requirements.
• Act as the project's primary technical focal point and participate in kick-off meetings, progress meetings, and technical clarification meetings globally.
• Review purchase orders, datasheets, technical specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate Engineering, Production, and Quality departments, identifying critical issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Lead customer communications, technical meetings, progress reviews, and change management.
• Review and verify GAD drawings, P&IDs, datasheets, and project specifications.
• Coordinate document reviews, customer comments, revisions, and technical approvals.
• Coordinate Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and customer, TPI, and certification body inspections.

Basic Qualifications

• Technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering disciplines.
• Experience in Project Engineering, Project Management, or technical management of industrial projects.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and understanding of manufacturing processes, welding, and quality control activities.
• Knowledge of pressure equipment, ASME/PED codes, technical documentation, and inspection plans.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with 2D/3D CAD software (Inventor preferred) and ERP systems.
• Fluent Italian and good written and spoken English for international technical communication.
• Project Management and Order Coordination.
• Project Engineering and Technical Documentation.
• Quality, Inspection, and Certification.
• Ability to coordinate Engineering, Production, and Quality functions.
• Technical communication with international customers.
• Knowledge of ASME VIII Div. 1, PED 2014/68/EU, and related industry standards.

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

Based in Opera (Milan), Italy, with participation in kick-off meetings, progress meetings, technical clarification meetings, customer communications, technical meetings, progress reviews, inspections, and project activities with international customers.
