Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Project Manager in Isola Vicentina, Italy, to lead customer projects with tight schedules and budgets. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage documentation, and ensure contractual compliance from kickoff to completion.

The role requires 4–5 years in project management, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong English communication. Domestic and international travel is expected as projects span global clients.

Competenze

• 4-5 years of experience in project management is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent disciplines (preferred but not essential).
• Proven experience in project management.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Willingness to travel within Italy and internationally.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving objectives.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will join the Project Management team and report directly to the Project Management Team Leader.

He/She will be responsible for managing customer projects in terms of schedule, cost, quality, and overall performance, ensuring effective coordination of all activities from project kick-off through completion.

The role will serve as the primary interface with customers for contract management, monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with deadlines, coordinating technical documentation through the project team, overseeing intermediate and final inspections, and ensuring the successful execution of all project activities.

Qualifications

• 4- 5 years of experience is preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent disciplines (preferred but not essential).
• Previous experience in industrial environments and in the management of project-based businesses is considered an advantage.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving objectives.
• Willingness to travel within Italy and internationally.
