Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Project & Systems Engineer for the Elmo Rietschle ETO Systems Division in Vignate, Italy. The role focuses on technical documentation, product certification, control system definition, and lifecycle support within an Engineer-to-Order environment.
The position requires a relevant engineering degree, 3+ years’ experience in vacuum or pressure applications, and knowledge of CE marking. Hybrid work options are available, and frequent travel to the Parma plant is expected.

The Elmo Rietschle ETO Systems Division designs, manufactures, and markets Engineer-to-Order (ETO) industrial systems for vacuum and low-pressure applications, extending and complementing the standard Elmo Rietschle product portfolio.
These systems typically consist of one or more vacuum pumps and/or low-pressure compressors mounted on skid frames and integrated with filtration units, instrumentation, monitoring and control devices, and electrical control panels. Each solution is specifically engineered to meet customer requirements while ensuring reliable, efficient, and fully integrated operation.
