Ingersoll Rand plc is seeking a Project Manager to join the Project Management team in Vicenza, Italy. You will oversee customer projects from kick-off to closure, coordinating schedules, costs, quality, and overall performance to meet deadlines and contractual requirements.

The role interfaces with customers for contract management, ensures progress, and coordinates documentation through the project team, with opportunities for travel within Italy and internationally.

Competenze

• 4-5 years of experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent disciplines (preferred but not essential).
• Previous experience in industrial environments and in the management of project-based businesses is considered an advantage.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving objectives.
• Willingness to travel within Italy and internationally.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will join the Project Management team and report directly to the Project Management Team Leader.

He/She will be responsible for managing customer projects in terms of schedule, cost, quality, and overall performance, ensuring effective coordination of all activities from project kick-off through completion.

The role will serve as the primary interface with customers for contract management, monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with deadlines, coordinating technical documentation through the project team, overseeing intermediate and final inspections, and ensuring the successful execution of all project activities.
