Bonatti S.p.A. seeks an HR professional who reports to the Project Manager and to Headquarters HR, owning all personnel management activities for the project site.

You will support staffing, labour law matters, onboarding/offboarding, agency workers, local recruitment, cost monitoring through digital planning, HR process implementation, benefits, and periodic HQ reporting. The role emphasizes compliance with project agreements and coordinating services for the workforce.

Formación

• Experience in HR management for large projects.
• Knowledge of labour law related to project personnel.
• Ability to coordinate staffing and onboarding activities.

• Assist administrative activities of project personnel.
• Manage temporary staffing agencies and verify workers' documentation.
• Support local recruitment of blue- and white-collar personnel with agencies.
• Monitor personnel cost variations using a digital workforce planning system.
• Coordinate HR processes and procedures at project level and ensure compliance.
• Oversee corporate benefits in line with company agreements.
• Provide periodic HR reports to Headquarters.
• Coordinate General Services and Facilities for the project workforce.

Descripción del empleo

The selected candidate will report directly to the Project Manager and functionally to the Headquarters HR Department. The role carries full responsibility for all activities concerning the management of the Project’s personnel.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the Project in all management activities and in labour law matters relating to the Project’s personnel
• Facilitate staffing and demobilization activities for Project personnel, in line with the construction schedule
• Support the administrative activities of the Project’s personnel
• Manage temporary staffing agencies on a daily basis and verify the documentation of agency workers before they enter the construction site
• Support local recruitment of blue- and white-collar personnel, coordinating with agencies and local employment centers
• Contribute to monitoring personnel cost variations through a digital workforce planning system
• Coordinate the implementation of HR processes and procedures at Project level and ensure compliance
• Monitor the assignment and management of corporate benefits, in accordance with the company’s agreements
• Periodically provide reports to the Headquarters on HR matters
• Coordinate General Services and Facilities related to the workforce assigned to the Project
