Saipem is seeking a Project Expediting Coordinator to support post-order functions within a global supply chain. Responsibilities include expediting activities, project reporting, and managing the expediting budget across international projects.

The role requires a Master/Bachelor or technical engineering diploma and at least 5 years in Oil & Gas or EPC post-order coordination, with SAP being a plus. Hybrid/work arrangements and Milano location offered.

Competenze

• Education: Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree, or Technical High School Diploma (Engineering preferred).
• Experience: at least 5 years as Vendor Project Manager/Job Coordinator in Oil & Gas or EPC Post Order Coordinator.
• Technical/IT: SAP preferred, not mandatory.

Mansioni

• Prepare and define project reporting and procedures; manage the Expediting budget.

Purpose of the position: As Project Expediting Coordinator, you will respond to the Post Order Function and be part of the Supply Chain

How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:

• Manage expediting activities, coordinating internal or external personnel, in accordance with supply criticality and purchased material specific peculiarities / complexity.
• Prepare / define project reporting / procedures according to specific needs; prepare / discuss / manage the Expediting budget assigned by the Project.
• Knowledge of goods supply phases, including engineering, procurement, construction, inspection, preparation for shipment and transportation.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain process.
• Knowledge of Project Post Order activities (expediting, quality control during manufacturing stages, shipping and customs activities of purchased goods).

What are we looking for?

Education: Master's Degree/bachelor's degree or Tehcnical High School Diploma, (Engineering matters preferred)

Experience: at least 5 years as a Vendor Project Manager/Job Coordinator within Oil & Gas Industry, or Post Order Coordinator at EPC Contractor.

Technical/IT Skills: SAP Preferred, not mandatory
