Saipem in Milano seeks a Project Expediting Coordinator to join the Supply Chain, focusing on expediting activities and post-order support for onshore/offshore projects.

You will coordinate internal and external teams, manage reporting and budgets, ensuring alignment across engineering, procurement, construction, and shipping processes. Fluency in Italian and English is required, with willingness to travel internationally.

Competenze

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years in Vendor Project Manager/Job Coordinator in Oil & Gas or Post Order Coordinator at EPC Contractor.
• Fluent Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Manage expediting activities coordinating internal/external personnel.
• Prepare project reporting and expediting budget.
• Oversee goods supply phases from engineering to shipping.

Purpose of the position:

As Project Expediting Coordinator, you will respond to the Post Order Function and be part of the Supply Chain.

How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:

• Manage expediting activities, coordinating internal or external personnel, in accordance with supply criticality and purchased material specific peculiarities / complexity.
• Prepare / define project reporting / procedures according to specific needs; prepare / discuss / manage the Expediting budget assigned by the Project.
• Knowledge of goods supply phases, including engineering, procurement, construction, inspection, preparation for shipment and transportation.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain process.
• Knowledge of Project Post Order activities (expediting, quality control during manufacturing stages, shipping and customs activities of purchased goods).

What are we looking for?

Education:

Master's Degree/bachelor’s degree or Tehcnical High School Diploma, (Engineering matters preferred)

Experience: at least 5 years

as a Vendor Project Manager/Job Coordinator within Oil & Gas Industry, or Post Order Coordinator at EPC Contractor.

Languages:

Italian/English

Technical/IT Skills:

SAP Preferred, not mandatory
