Saipem Offshore Construction in Italy offers a Workshop Coordinator role within the Asset Department. You will support maintenance activities, organize work sites, and review scopes of work, controlling tooling, HSE, and workflow reporting.

We value practical maintenance planning, preventive maintenance knowledge, and spare parts management, with travel worldwide. Diploma required and 0–3 years’ experience; English proficiency and basic MS Office skills are expected.

• Knowledge of maintenance concepts and safety procedures helpful.

SOC brings together all operational activities in Italy related to fabrication, technical services, maintenance, and logistics, providing essential support for the execution of offshore construction and offshore wind projects.

Purpose of the position

As WORKSHOP COORDINATOR you will be part of the ASSET DEPARTMENT.

How can you support us?

• Capability to perform maintenance activities as per work instruction and provided guidelines. Technical reporting and workflow follow-up.
• Capability to perform hydraulic maintenance activities as per work instruction and provided guidelines. Capability to organize and prepare a worksite, including but not limited to tooling selection, scope of work review, HSE analysis and workflow reporting.
• Capability to define and select mechanical maintenance activities concepts and guidelines. Capability to develop maintenance plans and schedule and to perform troubleshooting analysis on running equipment
• Knowledge and application of preventive maintenance techniques. Development of maintenance plans
• Knowledge of Spare Parts Management, Client Supply Chain Workflow (PR/ PO/ requisition, FAT/SAT, etc.) and warehouse management principles
• Knowledge of adequate Personal Protective Equipment - purpose, use and maintenance Knowledge and the correct use of Permit to Work system
