Environmental Resources Management (ERM) Milan is seeking an intern to join the ReachCentrum team and support a Project Manager in day-to-day activities. You will help with cross-team communications, client meetings, data-sharing requests, document preparation, and invoicing support.

The role requires fluent English, strong MS Office skills, teamwork, and excellent organizational and communication abilities.

About the role

ERM is looking for an intern willing to join our Italian Branch in Milan and to support our ReachCentrum team. This role is to provide support to and work together with a Project Manager at ReachCentrum and assist the Project Manager during the day-to-day activities, in particular:

• Support for communication between different service lines and teams, such as legal, finance, digital platforms
• Assisting with communication with the Clients and preparation for the meetings
• Assisting with reviewing and tracking requests made by the Clients for data sharing
• Assisting with preparation of documents, contracts and meeting minutes, assisting with the signature of legal documents
• Support for compliance checks and invoices

Candidate Requirements

Candidate must show:

• Fluent spoken and excellent written English
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent organization of work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously

Salary

• The recommended recruiting range for this role is 700euros /month + ticket restaurant of 8.50euros / day.
