Environmental Resources Management (ERM) Milano is seeking a Junior Finance Assistant to support weekly and monthly reporting, closing activities, and daily operations within the Finance team.

Ideal candidates hold a Ms degree in Finance, Business or Economics, are fluent in Italian and English, and show a proactive attitude with a willingness to learn. Strong Excel, Power BI, Macros, and SQL knowledge are a plus.

Mansioni

• Assist in preparing, analyzing, and consolidating financial data at the Business Unit level.
• Support quarterly and monthly closing processes, year-end audits, and other mandatory corporate financial requirements.
• Collaborate with the Finance team on daily operations and interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in implementing new processes and improving existing ones.

Key Responsibilities

• Weekly and monthly reporting: assist in the preparation, analysis, and consolidation of financial data at Business Unit level.
• Closing processes and compliance: support the quarterly and monthly closing processes, year-end audits, and other mandatory corporate financial requirements;
• Daily operations: work closely with the Finance team in managing operational tasks and interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Process improvement: assist the team in implementing new processes and enhancing the efficiency of existing ones.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Educational background: Ms degree in Finance, Business, Economics or similar
• Languages: fluency in Italian and English;
• Mindset: proactive attitude and willingness to learn;
• Technical skills: good knowledge of Microsoft Office; advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, Macros, PowerPivot, or SQL are considered a strong plus

The recommended recruiting range for this role is 700 euros + 19 ticket restaurant/month (value of 8.50euros each).
