ERM is seeking a highly motivated Finance Intern to join our Milan team. The role offers hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and corporate finance, with on-site responsibilities and a focus on growth within a dynamic environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Finance or related field, are fluent in Italian and English, and are eager to learn. Strong Excel skills, Power BI and SQL are valued, and the internship includes a monthly restaurant ticket benefit.

Mansioni

• Weekly and monthly reporting: assist in the preparation, analysis, and consolidation of financial data at Business Unit level.
• Closing processes and compliance: support the quarterly and monthly closing processes, year-end audits, and other mandatory corporate financial requirements
• Daily operations: work closely with the Finance team in managing operational tasks and interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Process improvement: assist the team in implementing new processes and enhancing the efficiency of existing ones.

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate who is eager to gain hands‑on experience in Financial Analysis, reporting and corporate finance within a stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Weekly and monthly reporting: assist in the preparation, analysis, and consolidation of financial data at Business Unit level.
• Closing processes and compliance: support the quarterly and monthly closing processes, year-end audits, and other mandatory corporate financial requirements;
• Daily operations: work closely with the Finance team in managing operational tasks and interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Process improvement: assist the team in implementing new processes and enhancing the efficiency of existing ones.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Educational background: Ms degree in Finance, Business, Economics or similar
• Languages: fluency in Italian and English;
• Mindset: proactive attitude and willingness to learn;
• Technical skills: good knowledge of Microsoft Office; advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, Macros, PowerPivot, or SQL are considered a strong plus

The recommended recruiting range for this role is 700 euros + 19 ticket restaurant/month (value of 8.50euros each).
