ERM in Milan is seeking a motivated Finance Intern to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting and corporate finance within a dynamic environment.

You will support weekly and monthly reporting, assist in closing processes and audits, and work closely with the Finance team to manage daily tasks while developing Excel/Power BI skills.

Competenze

• Ms degree in Finance, Business, Economics or similar.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong Excel/Power BI/SQL skills considered a plus.

Mansioni

• Weekly and monthly reporting: assist preparation, analysis, and consolidation of BU financial data.
• Support quarterly/monthly closings and year-end audits.
• Daily finance tasks and stakeholder interactions.
• Help implement new processes to improve efficiency.

ERM is looking for a highly motivated Finance Intern to join our dynamic team in Milan. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate who is eager to gain hands‑on experience in Financial Analysis, reporting and corporate finance within a stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Weekly and monthly reporting: assist in the preparation, analysis, and consolidation of financial data at Business Unit level.
• Closing processes and compliance: support the quarterly and monthly closing processes, year‑end audits, and other mandatory corporate financial requirements;
• Daily operations: work closely with the Finance team in managing operational tasks and interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Process improvement: assist the team in implementing new processes and enhancing the efficiency of existing ones.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Educational background: Ms degree in Finance, Business, Economics or similar
• Languages: fluency in Italian and English;
• Mindset: proactive attitude and willingness to learn;
• Technical skills: good knowledge of Microsoft Office; advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, Macros, PowerPivot, or SQL are considered a strong plus

The recommended recruiting range for this role is 700 euros + 19 ticket restaurant/month (value of 8.50euros each).
