Environmental Resources Management (ERM) Milan is seeking an intern to join the ReachCentrum team and support a Project Manager in day-to-day activities. You will help with cross-team communications, client meetings, data-sharing requests, document preparation, and invoicing support.

The role requires fluent English, strong MS Office skills, teamwork, and excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Mansioni

• Support day-to-day activities with the ReachCentrum Project Manager.
• Assist with cross-team communication (legal, finance, digital platforms).
• Assist in preparing client communications and meeting materials.
• Review and track client data-sharing requests.
• Prepare documents, contracts and meeting minutes; assist with signing of legal documents.
• Support compliance checks and invoices.
