Exide Technologies in Lombardy seeks a Production Supervisor to lead shifts and ensure safety, quality and efficiency in high-volume manufacturing. You will coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain, monitor KPIs, and drive Lean and 5S initiatives while upholding EHS standards.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering or technical field.
• Manufacturing experience in automotive or high-volume environments preferred.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Supervise and coordinate production operators across shifts with safety and quality in mind.
• Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production activities to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze data to identify improvements and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure material availability and coordinate material orders as needed.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain to optimize production.
• Lead Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives within the production area.
• Participate in projects to increase efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Maintain compliance with EHS policies and promote safety culture.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement preventive and corrective actions.
• Monitor scrap levels, variance, and production efficiency; report regularly.
• Assist with inventories and stock accuracy; contribute to product quality and customer satisfaction.
