Exide Technologies in Romano di Lombardia, Lombardy, seeks a Project Engineer to support Manufacturing Engineering across automotive plants. You will coordinate CAPEX, manage budgets, and lead equipment projects from specs to SOP, partnering with maintenance and cross-functional teams.

The role requires a engineering degree, 2–3 years in process/manufacturing/plant engineering (auto preferred), and fluency in Italian and English. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering (Process, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electronic).
• 2–3 years in process/manufacturing/plant engineering, automotive preferred.
• Fluency in Italian and English (B2).
• Strong MS Office skills; willingness to learn new software.

Mansioni

• Coordinate CAPEX process from budgeting to investment plan.
• Consolidate monthly CAPEX reporting with plant teams.
• Lead and support project management activities across sites.
• Develop technical specs, select suppliers, and manage procurement to SOP.
• Benchmark, evaluate options, and support investment decisions.
