LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well‑established manufacturing group to recruit a Production & Quality Control Manager in Italy. You will oversee production, quality, and procurement, drive KPI performance, and lead a cross‑functional team across manufacturing operations.

In this role you will optimize the value chain, manage the QMS, and collaborate with international stakeholders to deliver excellence in product quality and service.

Competenze

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Management Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven leadership in manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and process optimization.
• Experience coordinating Production, Quality and Supply Chain functions.
• Experience with ERP/MES and advanced planning systems.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and supervise production, assembly, machining and quality control.
• Manage and develop a direct reporting team including Quality Specialist and Planning/Workshop/Purchasing managers.
• Ensure KPIs for productivity, quality, on-time delivery and service.
• Oversee planning and procurement balancing material availability and capacity.
• Collaborate with technical and commercial teams on customer projects.
• Oversee QMS and drive preventive/corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement to reduce waste and optimize processes.
• Support digital tools and systems for manufacturing and supply chain.
• Interface with Group stakeholders in an international environment.
