Nidec Conversion is seeking a Production Department Supervisor (PCS) to manage a team of blue-collar workers and oversee weekly production scheduling. You will coordinate direct and indirect hour absorption, plant utilization, and scrap, while driving continuous improvement and ensuring safety and environmental compliance.

You will collaborate on optimizing production cycles, support problem solving, and develop staff through effective leadership and training in a structured electro-mechanical

Competenze

• 2-3 years’ experience in personnel management in structured companies.
• Experience in production of electrical cabinets.
• Technical-organizational skills with lean production techniques.
• Diploma of industrial technician or technical specialization.
• Knowledge of MS Office and SAP.

Mansioni

• Organize the assembly lines to guarantee deliveries per production program.
• Monitor production KPIs.
• Plan schedules, shifts, and training for direct line personnel.
• Collaborate with quality officers to meet standards and improve them.
• Support personnel with problem solving and operational instructions.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
• Support continuous improvement projects (Kaizen/6S).
