Job summary

AGCO è alla ricerca di un addetto al supporto IDEAL combine per l'area Emilia-Romagna. Il ruolo prevede la gestione di richieste tecniche, diagnosi di problemi complessi e guida del team di assistenza per migliorare la qualità del prodotto.

Entrerai in una rete globale di servizi, svilupperai documentazione tecnica e parteciperai a training e visite sul campo per mantenere aggiornate le iniziative di supporto tecnico.

Qualifications

• Conoscenza tecnica completa di attrezzature per raccolta (meccanico, idraulico, elettronico).
• Capacità di diagnosticare e risolvere problemi tecnici complessi.
• Esperienza in azioni di riparazione e nei processi di servizio.

Responsibilities

• Gestire richieste tecniche relative alle IDEAL combines inclusi funzioni idrauliche ed elettroniche.
• Guidare analisi delle cause principali e fungere da moderatore per l'organizzazione di servizio.
• Sviluppare e mantenere conoscenze esperte su IDEAL in elettronica, idraulica, drive systems, motori e tecnologia futura.
• Ricercare, indagare e risolvere problemi di prodotto; guidare analisi delle cause principali con sistemi AGCO.
• Fornire e mantenere documentazione tecnica e articoli di conoscenza per il troubleshooting.
• Supportare miglioramenti di prodotto e capacità di servizio dei concessionari.
• Partecipare a formazione e visite in campo per rimanere aggiornato sulle iniziative di supporto tecnico.

Overview

In this role you support AGCO’s IDEAL combine line by delivering targeted service solutions and guiding the global harvesting field team. You lead root cause analyses, coordinate with engineering, production and quality to resolve complex issues, and publish knowledge for future troubleshooting. You act as a gateway for technical queries, driving measurable improvements in product quality and service capability. You will work within a global service organization to shape the support ecosystem and knowledge base, leveraging training and field experience to empower dealers and customers.

Responsabilità

• Handle technical inquiries related to IDEAL combines including hydraulic and electronic functions
• Lead root cause analyses and act as moderator for the service organization
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge on IDEAL combines across electronics, hydraulics, drive systems, engine and future tech
• Research, investigate and troubleshoot product concerns; drive root cause analyses using AGCO systems and tools
• Provide and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles to support troubleshooting
• Support product and quality improvements and dealer service capability
• Participate in training and field visits to stay updated on technical support initiatives

Requisiti fondamentali

• Comprehensive technical knowledge in harvesting equipment and combines (mechanical, hydraulic, electronic)
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
• Experience with repair actions and service operations processes
