A leading sportswear company in Italy is seeking a Product Support to join their Sales Support Team. The role involves assisting customers with product claims and deliveries, providing technical assistance via phone, email, and tickets. Responsibilities include evaluating claims, documenting solutions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Candidates should have a high school diploma, 3+ years in technical apparel, and strong problem-solving skills. Fluency in English and Spanish or German is required.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of working experience in the field of technical apparel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling technical customer queries.

Mansioni

• Define the type of support needed and address issues to Dealers or Distributors.
• Evaluate claim requests and collect evidence of product defects.
• Identify the nature of product defects and arrange for inspections or repairs.
• Produce credit notes and waybills for shipping or repaired products.
• Create reports regarding claims and related information.
