Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, is seeking a Customer Success Engineer in Italy to support integration of sportsbook products across international client platforms. You will act as a technical contact, helping customers integrate solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliable service delivery.

You will collaborate with customer IT teams and internal product, development and sales to drive smooth implementations, proactive support, and thorough documentation across diverse markets.

Qualifications

• Industry knowledge of sports betting and platforms.
• Technical education or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus.
• Experience in technical customer support or related roles.
• Solid understanding of web technologies and protocols.
• Analytical troubleshooting with attention to detail.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving products.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, APIs, XML/JSON and databases.
• Willingness to travel for customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Manage product integrations into customer platforms, ensuring smooth implementation.
• Provide technical support to international B2B customers.
• Coordinate with customer IT teams and internal product/dev/sales units.
• Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, and coordinate resolutions.
• Maintain documentation, integration instructions and knowledge bases.
• Foster strong customer relationships and proactive service delivery.
• Identify process improvements for integrations and support workflows.
• Stay informed about sportsbook products and esports ecosystem.
