Baker Hughes invites students and recent graduates to join a 6-month Product Management Internship designed to give hands-on experience in product lifecycle management, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision making within an industrial technology context.

You will support product and program teams, gain exposure to go-to-market activities, dashboards, and KPI tracking while mentored by experienced managers.

• Product Management Support: Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback, market information, and competitive insights. Support the development of product requirements, value propositions, and business case inputs under guidance.
• Program Management Support: Assist Program Managers in tracking project milestones, actions, dependencies, and deliverables. Maintain program dashboards, status reports, risk logs, and action-item trackers.
• Business and Operational Analysis: Analyze data and prepare reports to support decisions and prioritization. Help track selected product, program, and business metrics.
• Contribute to go‑to‑market and lifecycle management materials under guidance.
• Prepare reviews, presentations, and leadership updates.
