Baker Hughes offers an Internship Program designed for students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree or recent graduates to gain hands-on work experience across our energy technology platforms.

You will work on focused projects, receive coaching, and be mentored by a buddy and manager to develop learning and technical skills while understanding HS&E practices and our inclusive culture.

Competenze

• Pursuing a Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree or recently graduated.
• GPA 3.0 or higher (4.0 scale) or equivalent.
• Fluent in English with strong written and spoken communication.

Mansioni

• Complete internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements.
• Learn internal software to support project tasks.
• Apply HS&E standards to ensure compliance in all situations.
• Review contracts, agreements, and terms with clients or suppliers.
• Collaborate with sales to prepare proposals, bids, or quotes for projects.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
