Baker Hughes invites ambitious students or recent grads to join its Internship Program, gaining hands‑on experience in engineering, modeling and digital plant configuration. You will be mentored by a buddy and manager to deliver impactful projects and learn HS&E standards.

You will work on collaborative projects across engineering disciplines, develop 3D models, run data analyses, and present results to leadership while exploring flexible work options.

Competenze

• Be currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, other STEM‑related or business‑related program.
• Have GPA ≥ 3.0/4.0 or equivalent, with focus on Fluid Dynamics, Industrial Plant Process, 3D/CAD modeling.
• Proven expertise in 3D modeling tools like NX and AVEVA e3D; basic programming in Python.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint; copilot.
• Fluent in English (oral and written) and effective communication skills.
• Legal right to work in the applying country without sponsorship.
• Interest in flexible working options and modern workplace practices.

Mansioni

• Explore and test capabilities of Commercial software available at BH, such as AVEVA and NX, for plant modeling and piping/vessel setup.
• Collaborate in cross‑functional teams to meet project goals; identify and address technical issues and propose solutions.
• Interact with interns and engineers to learn and share knowledge across projects.
• Support engineers with research, data analysis, and technical inquiries during projects.
• Contribute to the design process by creating drawings or prototypes and help develop new technologies.
• Maintain thorough records of experiments, designs, and project documentation.
