Baker Hughes invites motivated students or recent graduates to join the Florence, Italy internship program in Project Management. The role focuses on hands-on project work, training, and mentorship, with exposure to HS&E culture and global business practices.

You will assist in project planning, documentation, and coordination with cross-functional teams, while developing your skills under the guidance of managers and a buddy.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled or recent graduate with a Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, other STEM-related, Business, Economics, Supply Chain (HSE, Quality, Manufacturing), Data Science.
• Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country
• Be fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills
• Be able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction

• Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements
• Learning internal software to assist with the completion of projects and tasks
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders
• Applying Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained
• Assisting in the development of project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with project managers and teams
• Maintaining project documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets, and progress reports
• Identifying potential project risks and assisting in developing risk mitigation strategies
• Preparing regular project status reports for project managers and stakeholders, highlighting progress, issues, and upcoming milestones
