Competenze
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
- Interest or experience in energy-sector manufacturing and digital tools to improve efficiency.
- Fluency in English with good written and spoken communication.
Mansioni
- Improve operational processes and support AI-based solutions within Microsoft 365.
- Blend process analysis with office activities (60%) and shop floor validation (40%).
- Analyze processes, identify improvements, and develop AI-enabled tools with hands-on validation.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Operators, HSE, Facility & Maintenance, and Quality teams.
- Gain hands-on experience in advanced manufacturing and digital transformation projects.
- Deliver internal projects to improve customer outcomes and business efficiency.
