Loacker, the international family-owned chocolatier, is seeking a Product Manager Snacking & Chocolate to own and grow an assigned portfolio across its lifecycle, from concept to market launch and optimization. You will blend consumer insights, market trends and business objectives to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

In this role, you will coordinate with Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Finance to deliver launches, monitor performance, and optimize the portfolio.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Product or Category Management within FMCG.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, innovation and commercial drivers.
• Analytical, consumer-focused and results-oriented mindset.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Mansioni

• Own and develop the product portfolio, defining and implementing category, assortment, pricing and positioning strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights and competitive activities to identify opportunities and support strategic business decisions.
• Lead cross-functional innovation and new product development projects from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and successful execution.
• Monitor portfolio performance through sales, market and profitability analyses, deriving actionable recommendations to optimize business results.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to drive successful product launches and portfolio growth.
• Support business planning, product governance and operational excellence through effective project coordination and stakeholder management.
