Loacker Austria in Bolzano is seeking a Product Manager Snacking & Chocolate to own and develop the product portfolio through its lifecycle, from concept to market launch and optimization. You will analyze market trends, consumer insights and collaborate with Sales, R&D, Operations and Finance to drive growth, profitability and category development.

Fluency in English and German or Italian is required; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Product or Category Management within FMCG.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, innovation and commercial drivers.
• Analytical, consumer-focused and results-oriented mindset.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in English and German or Italian.

As Product Manager Snacking & Chocolate, you willbe responsible for managing and developing an assigned product portfoliothroughout its entire lifecycle, from concept creation and innovation to marketlaunch and portfolio optimization. By combining consumer insights, markettrends and business objectives, you will drive sustainable growth,profitability and category development.

YOURTASKS

• Own and develop the product portfolio, definingand implementing category, assortment, pricing and positioning strategiesto drive growth and profitability
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights andcompetitive activities to identify opportunities and support strategicbusiness decisions
• Lead cross-functional innovation and new productdevelopment projects from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery andsuccessful execution
• Monitor portfolio performance through sales,market and profitability analyses, deriving actionable recommendations tooptimize business results
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing,R&D, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to drive successful productlaunches and portfolio growth.
• Support business planning, product governance andoperational excellence through effective project coordination andstakeholder management

YOUR PROFILE

In accordance with EU Directive 2023/970 on paytransparency, the starting salary for this position is €40,000 gross per year.Depending on your qualifications, professional experience, skills, and thescope of responsibilities you bring to the role, the final compensation packagemay be adjusted accordingly.
