Loacker, the international family-owned chocolatier, is seeking a Product Manager Snacking & Chocolate to own and grow an assigned portfolio across its lifecycle, from concept to market launch and optimization. You will blend consumer insights, market trends and business objectives to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

In this role, you will coordinate with Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Finance to deliver launches, monitor performance, and optimize the portfolio.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Product or Category Management within FMCG.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, innovation and commercial drivers.
• Analytical, consumer-focused and results-oriented mindset.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is a plus.

As Product Manager Snacking & Chocolate, you will be responsible for managing and developing an assigned product portfolio throughout its entire lifecycle, from concept creation and innovation to market launch and portfolio optimization. By combining consumer insights, market trends and business objectives, you will drive sustainable growth, profitability and category development.

YOUR TASKS

• Own and develop the product portfolio, defining and implementing category, assortment, pricing and positioning strategies to drive growth and profitability
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights and competitive activities to identify opportunities and support strategic business decisions

YOUR PROFILE

In accordance with EU Directive 2023/970 on pay transparency, the starting salary for this position is €40,000 gross per year. Depending on your qualifications, professional experience, skills, and the scope of responsibilities you bring to the role, the final compensation package may be adjusted accordingly.
