Job summary

Mondelēz International in Milano seeks a Finance Planning & Performance Manager to own the CS&L Shipping P&L for a cluster of Northern Europe countries (including Italy), ensuring cost targets are met and productivity goals are delivered through accurate analyses and robust budgeting.

You will partner with local operations, manage monthly forecasts and budgets, support the CoE and Area controller, and drive continuous improvement with a proactive, data‑driven approach.

Qualifications

• 7 years FP&A/accounting experience.
• Prior FMCG experience.
• Fluent English (spoken/written).
• Strong communication skills and motivation.

This is the key role within Logistics Finance for a cluster of countries within NWE. Manager needs to ensure key processes are managed in a timely and effective manner, working with the Centre of Excellence and with the Area controller to deliver auditable and accurate processes and results.

How you will contribute

Main focus of the role is to take full responsibility for the CS&L Shipping P&L lines (Inbound, Outbound and Warehousing, Copacking and Waste) for a cluster of countries within NWE - IT, to ensure that cost targets are achieved and to deliver the productivity agenda. This requires a thorough analysis of Actual P&L results, balance sheet variances, ownership of the monthly rolling forecast, preparation of an accurate and timely financial budgets/forecasts during major budgeting cycles (SepFC and OP) as well as tracking and reporting of gross productivity savings. Additionally there will be ad hoc projects for the respective cluster.

What you will bring

• Prior FMCG experience
• 7 years FP&A/accounting experience
• Prior Finance Supply Chain experience preferred
• Strong analytical background
• Fluent spoken / written English
• Prior exposure with Shared Service Centre would be an asset
• Strong communication skills
• Highly motivated
