Job summary

Loacker Austria in Bolzano is seeking a Product Manager Snacking & Chocolate to own and develop the product portfolio through its lifecycle, from concept to market launch and optimization. You will analyze market trends, consumer insights and collaborate with Sales, R&D, Operations and Finance to drive growth, profitability and category development.

Fluency in English and German or Italian is required; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in Product or Category Management within FMCG.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, innovation and commercial drivers.
Analytical, consumer-focused and results-oriented mindset.
Collaborative team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is a plus.
Fluent in English and German or Italian.

Responsibilities

Own and develop the product portfolio, defining category, assortment, pricing and positioning strategies.
Analyze market trends, consumer insights and competitive activities to identify opportunities.
Lead cross-functional innovation and new product development projects from ideation to launch.
Monitor portfolio performance through sales, market and profitability analyses.
Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to drive launches.
Support business planning, product governance and operational excellence through project coordination.
