WebBeds is seeking a Product Manager to oversee hotel partner relationships and optimize rate and availability performance through data-driven actions, supporting the Contracts team to maximize commercial outcomes and partner engagement.

You will work with internal teams and external partners, building strong relationships across the organization and driving contract loading, availability management, promotions, and benchmarking to secure the best available rates.

Formación

• English at an advanced level; experience in a similar contracting/product role is a plus.
• Commercial awareness in the travel industry and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication and influencing skills; comfortable negotiating with suppliers.
• Proactive, organized, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain direct hotel partner relationships; respond to queries and support collaboration.
• Assist with loading contracts and last-minute offers via Freshdesk and other systems.
• Manage availability, promotions, and stop sales to optimize commercial performance.
• Support competitiveness reporting and price comparisons to secure best rates.
• Map, load, and activate BAR contracts with accurate information.
• Provide operational support to Contracts Managers and escalate issues.
• Collaborate with Accounts, Reservations, Customer Care, Content and other teams to resolve issues.
