Job summary

Jobgether, based in Italy, seeks a Senior Engineering Manager to lead two critical engineering teams—Platform and Integrations—and to shape their technical direction, roadmaps, and delivery strategies. You will own architecture decisions, contribute code when required, and mentor engineers toward higher performance and ownership.

Qualifications

• Substantial software engineering leadership experience.
• Hands-on coding in Java, Python, or Go when needed.
• Experience managing two engineering teams (Platform and Integrations).
• Proven product ownership with roadmap discipline.
• Practical DevOps and infrastructure experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Platform and Integrations teams and align roadmaps with business priorities.
• Own technical vision and debt decisions for two teams.
• Balance speed with maintainability and reliability.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and DevOps on cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring.
