Your Role

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and curious Process Engineer with Manufacturing and Time & Method competencies to join the Process Engineering Team at Technogym HQ in Cesena (Italy).

In this role you will work in a cross‑functional team and cooperate with all departments on new product development and manufacturing projects, coordinating internal or external resources. Leadership and passion will make a difference!

Your Impact

• New product start‑up
• Define and implement the best manufacturing process to ensure safety, quality, and costs
• Define factory and assembly line layout
• Define internal logistic flows
• Define production standard time
• Coordinate internal and external resources by planning activities and monitoring progress

About You

Ideally you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic, proactive, down‑to‑earth, and ethical.

What you should bring

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Manufacturing Management) or Technical Diploma
• Experience in new product start‑up
• Experience in assembly process
• Knowledge of the main manufacturing technologies principles and tools of Lean Manufacturing (Waste, Poka Yoka, Value stream map, SMED, DMAIC, 6σ, etc.)
• Experience in production standard time definition
• Knowledge of Office packages, especially Excel
• Knowledge of AutoCAD / CAD
• Team player with strong leadership
• Strong practical sense
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Availability for national and international business trips
