You will design sourcing and screening processes, manage campus recruiting, and partner with leaders to anticipate future talent needs while leveraging the latest recruiting technology for efficiency and impact.

Qualificações

• Italian employment law knowledge.
• Intermediate MS Office and Internet search skills.
• Experience with ATS platforms.
• Preopening recruiting experience is a must.
• English proficiency; Italian native.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates.
• Lead employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to anticipate hiring needs and plan workforce supply.
• Oversee campus recruiting and relationships with schools and institutions.

• Ensure vacancies are filled in line with headcount and budget.
