Rosewood Rome is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment for the opening, shaping candidate experience and adopting advanced recruiting tech. You will design strategies, liaise with business leaders, and manage preopening activities to attract top talent for a luxury hotel environment.

The role requires Italian and English fluency, a relevant degree, and at least one year in HR/recruitment within luxury hospitality.

Formación

• University degree in Economics, Law or People Management, or equivalent.
• Italian native with excellent English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Minimum 1 year as HR/Recruitment Manager in luxury hotel.
• Preopening recruiting experience required.
• Strong MS Office and internet research skills.
• Working knowledge of Italian employment laws.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates.
• Lead employer branding initiatives and campus partnerships.
• Maintain talent pipelines and organize recruitment events.
• Oversee candidate experience from posting to onboarding.
