Rosewood Rome is seeking a Guest Relations Manager to lead the Guest Relations operation and personalize the guest journey from pre-arrival to departure, ensuring memorable, thoughtful experiences.

You will collaborate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, F&B and Spa to transform guest preferences into meaningful actions, recognizing VIPs and special occasions, and coaching the team in luxury service.

Competenze

• Previous experience in Guest Relations, Guest Experience, Front Office or a comparable guest-facing luxury hospitality role.
• Previous supervisory or management experience within a luxury hotel environment strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken Italian and English; additional languages are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of personalized luxury service and guest recognition.
• Experience managing VIP guests, special requests and service recovery.
