Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a senior hospitality role.
• Strong understanding of hotel management software and systems.
• Italian language is a must.
• Valid Italian (EU) work permit required.

Rosewood Rome is currently casting for a Hotel Manager for its pre-opening, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel to ensure exceptional guest experiences, efficient staff performance, and profitability, reporting directly to the Managing Director of the property. This role has the goal of guaranteeing that the hotel daily activities are run smoothly, while also ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations, working alongside the Managing Director and the ExCom Team.

• Only those who have a valid Italian (EU) work permit will be considered for the position.
• Package is aligned with experience and varies from 80k€ to 100k€ annually.
