Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Field Service Engineer based in Segrate (Milan), Padova, or Bologna to deliver on-site technical support for Power Quality products and to manage commissioning, maintenance and repairs in the assigned area.

The role involves extensive travel within Italy and occasional international support, with a focus on safety, compliance with EHS standards, and delivering customer satisfaction through proactive service and training.

Qualifications

Technical high school diploma or higher; PES/PAV/PEI and PREPOSTO qualification considered a plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver on-site technical services including commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades.
Plan, coordinate, and manage service interventions directly with customers.
Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions to maximise equipment performance and customer satisfaction.
Complete detailed service reports and communicate findings and actions to customers and internal stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for spare parts, upgrades, and additional services to support business growth.
